ReplyDeleteA lovely build and great to see a suppliers list. I'm just starting out on my journey to self build and came across your blog. Your house looks amazing! Due to my micro budget (about 160k, including buying the land!) I'll be aiming for a very similar sort of sized build to yours and will be very pleased if I manage something as nice as your build on my budget.
I'd be really curious to see a plan of the inside layout of your build - I'm struggling to picture how best to use a similar sized footprint. Would you mind terribly sharing a copy of your layout plan for inside?
I'm putting together my own self build blog but starting from the beginning of the idea to self build and then all they way up to and through the physical build when I eventually get there: bensbuild.co.uk

DeleteIf you send me your Email address I can send the plans over via PDF Email. We managed to fit into ours (bearing in mind it is a bungalow height) - downstairs 2 bedrooms, small hallway, shower room, and an open plan living space with a kitchen, dining room and sitting room. Upstairs we put 2 large rooms and a bathroom.
